Bob has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with leadership responsibilities in strategic planning, customer service management, project management, revenue generation and business development. Bob earned a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix and holds a BS in business from Juniata College. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1996, Bob has extensive experience with multiple regulatory and compliance agencies.

John has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the communications industry, with a strong background in global customer service management, strategic development and quality improvement. John has extensive experience in sales, strategic planning and implementation of customer service strategies. As US Vice President of Sales and Operations for Mitel Networks, John re-defined the sales organization by focusing on the customer experience.
